The Mens 1XI coaching / management staff for the 2011/12 season:

Physio: Alison Keogh & Katie Gill
In the 2010/11 season the Men's 1st XI managed to claim a place back in the Irish Hockey League. They had dropped out of this League the previous season but thanks to some hard work and our new coach 'Arul' the guys played some great hockey from the Christmas period onwards and snatched the final qualifying position on the final day of the league campaign.
At the qualifiers Rovers played off against Bandon & Instonians with the top two teams going through to the 2011/12 I.H.L. Rovers got through a tough game against Bandon 2-1 and followed that up with a 1-1 draw against Instonians to seal a place in the Irish League. Congrats to the guys and we look forward to another positive season coming up as the team continue to grow in strength.
