Through out the season Three Rock Rovers host a number of annual tournaments.

The preseason SuperCup for elite sides is first up, taking place over one weekend in late August.

Then towards the end of the season the U14 Ringwood Cup has developed its position as the biggest U14 all Ireland tournament.

As a grande finale to the season Three Rock Rovers will be hosting the 2010 Irish Hockey League Finals again on 14th/15th/16th May

Post season the social side takes over with the now famous May Festival in early May and the International Veterans Tournament in late May.
